Currently as an Art Director I enjoy working with a team of talent, which is responsible for the development of various design concepts for multiple clients reaching across various industries. Helping manage day-to-day activities while developing and working towards long term goals.
The ideal fit would be to come aboard another team similar in nature. Developing high-level concepts while helping manage the daily needs so we can surpass client's expectations.
Mogadore, Ohio – July 2002 to present
Starting out as web/print designer and earning my way to Art Director, my current responsibilities include: Analyzing art direction and creating high-level design concepts and seeing them through to final production. Daily interaction with a team of marketing personnel, management, vendors and clients to ensure that our client's needs and expectations are surpassed.
Green, Ohio – February 2001 to June 2002
Eager to start designing for the internet, I came to GamingAds with a graphic design background. In addition to various print media layout/design duties, my responsibilities included web site design, web banner promotions, development of HTML email campaigns, and web site management.
Cuyahoga Falls/Akron – April 1993 to December 2000
I thank GOJO for taking a chance and launching my design career. I started in production creating presentational mock-ups, key-lines, shooting photo-stats and film negatives/positives. Progressed into design, layout and production of packaging and print promotions. Working my way up to the highest design position at the time.
Over the years, I have worked with many software applications primarily on the Mac OS. Some are now long gone or not as popular (Freehand, PageMaker, QuarkXpress) and others have evolved into essentials tools. Currently, I mostly work with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps, WordPress, and a text editor.
So I can continue to stay in focus of various design trends, I continue to educate myself through experience and online courses ranging from "Concepts of Design" to various Udemy and Mammoth Interactive courses.
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – September 1989 to May 1992
Course study: Computer graphics, applied graphics, illustration, advertising, business practices, photography, airbrush, art history.
